Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou náhradní rodinné péče. Jejím cílem byla analýza zprostředkované a nezprostředkované pěstounské péče. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala náhradní rodinnou péči, objasňovala základní pojmy vztahů mezi rodiči a dětmi, náhradní výchovu, proces zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče a úskalí osvojení a pěstounské péče. Praktická část zjišťovala na základě analýzy spisové dokumentace kolik dětí bylo svěřeno do péče pěstounů, důvod umístění dětí do pěstounské péče a věk nově umístěných dětí do pěstounské péče. Zároveň porovnávala tato zjištění u zprostředkované a nezprostředkované pěstounské péče v letech 2003-2007. Použity byly všechny spisy dětí, které byly ve sledovaném roce v pěstounské péči. Cílovou populací byli pěstouni a děti v regionu Městského úřadu Kadaň. Výsledky ukazovaly, že nejvíce dětí bylo svěřeno pěstounům nezprostředkovanou formou, pěstouny jsou z větší části manželé - prarodiče. Nejvíce se umisťují děti do 2 let věku, které byly rodiči opuštěny a také děti ve věku 12-14 let, z důvodu nedostatečné péče rodičů.
This bachelor´s thesis is engaged in the problematics of substitute family care. It´s target was the analysis of mediate and the firsthand foster care. The thesis is compound of two main parts. The first part is theoretical, which has described the foster care with the help of processing and presentation of the special sources and cleared up the basic conception of relationships between parents and children, foster care, the process of mediation of foster care and the difficulty of the adoption and foster care. The practical part has made an inquiry by the analysis of the records how man children were consigned to the foster care, the reason of the consigning to the foster care parents and the age of the children newly placed into the foster care. At the same time, the records were compared to the mediate and firsthand foster care in the years 2003 - 2007. All the records of children, who were in the foster care in the monitored year, have been applied. The destinated population have been children and parents in the area of City Council Kadan. The findings have shown, that the most of children are consigned to the firsthand foster care by the mediate way, the foster parents are mainly the couples - grandparents. The most children consigned to the foster care are up to two years of age, who were left lonesome and children in age of 12 - 14 years, too, on the ground of insufficient care of their parents.
