dc.description.abstractResumé Tématem mé diplomové práce je pojištění právní ochrany. Tato práce obsahuje jak teoretickou, tak i praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji podstatě pojištění právní ochrany, historickému vývoji tohoto pojištění v Evropě i na území České republiky. V praktické části se zaměřuji na situaci v pojištění právní ochrany ve vybraných evropských státech. Dále analyzuji nabídku produktů pojištění právní ochrany českých pojišťoven. Uvádím také praktické využití tohoto pojištění. Na závěr se zabývám možnostmi budoucího vývoje. Cílem mé práce je prohloubení poznatků o tomto specifickém druhu pojištění, zjištění situace na českém trhu a na základě poznatků o situaci na našem trhu možný budoucí vývoj pojištění právní ochrany v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstractResume The theme of my diploma thesis is the Legal protection insurance. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, I devote to principle of Legal protection insurance, historical development of that kind of insurance in Europe and in the Czech republic. In practical part, I focus on the situation in the legal protection insurance in some European countries. Next I analyze the offer of products of the legal protection insurance of the Czech companies. I mention the practical usage of this king of insurance. In the end I think about the possibilities of the further development of this insurance. The main aim of my thesis is making the knowledge about the legal protection insurance deeper, analysis of situation on the Czech market and on the basis of knowledge about the situation on the Czech market I analyze the possible further development of the legal protection insurance in the Czech republic.en
