Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou investic, jejich plánováním, analýzoua následným hodnocením. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku pojmu investice, možnosti financování a proces plánování investičních projektů, výběr a stanovení vhodných metod pro hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány v praktické části, kdy je představen, analyzován a hodnocen reálný investiční projekt. Na závěr práce dochází ke shrnutí dosažených výsledků a jejich komparace vzhledem k vhodnosti investice. Dále jsou navrženy možnosti, prostřednictvím kterých by investiční projekt dosáhl vyšší efektivnosti. V poslední řadě jsou navrženy alternativní možnostizhodnocení kapitálu vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku.
The diploma thesis is concerned with the matter of investments, their planning, analysis and evaluation. The theoretical part is concentrating for characteristics of the concept of investment, financing options and the process of planning investment project, selection and appropriate methods for evaluating the efficiency of investments. The theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of diploma thesis, when it is presented, analyzed and evaluatedreal investment project. In conclusion of thesis there is a summary of the results and their comparison relative to the suitability of the investment. Further, there are suggested arrangements leading to improving the state of analysis, investment evaluation and improve the financial situation in the real company.
