dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor´s thesis deals with ethnic inequalities in the Czech society. This topic will be dealt with in terms of the labor market. This thesis first introduces not only an economic but also social transformations that took place in the Czech Republic after 1989. Following the analysis of the events that took place in the labor market and what are the functions of the job market. The main subject of the thesis is to describe and outline possible solutions to inequalities in the Czech society. It is mostly about inequalities that Roma (gipsies) and foreigners living in the Czech Republic are facing.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce pojednává o ?Národnostních nerovnostech v české společnosti. Toto téma bude pojato z hlediska trhu práce. Bakalářská práce nejdříve seznámí nejen s ekonomickou, ale i sociální transformací, která se odehrála v České republice po roce 1989. Následovat bude rozbor událostí, které se odehrály na pracovním trhu a jaké jsou funkce pracovního trhu. Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je popsat a nastínit možná řešení nerovností v české společnosti. Jde převážně o nerovnosti, které pociťují cizinci a Romové, žijící na území České republiky.cs
