Abstract
Diplomová práce vypracovává podnikatelský plán příspěvkové organizace Sociálních služeb města České Lípy. Výchozím cílem diplomové práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti organizace a následné vypracování SWOT analýzy. Dále poté na základě poskytnutých dat příspěvkovou organizací následuje zpracování finanční analýzy mezi lety 2009-2013, stanovení možných návrhů na zlepšení a rovněž přínosů diplomové práce. V první části jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska nutná ke zpracování praktické části, následuje detailní charakteristika odloučených pracovišť v České Lípě a právní aspekty podnikání. Stěžejní je poté praktická část, která analyzuje vybranou příspěvkovou organizaci, průzkum trhu, organizační formu a provozní plán organizace a finanční analýzu, které jsou doplněny o možné podněty na zlepšení řízení či hospodaření organizace. Aplikace podnikatelského plánu by měla mimo jiné přispět k řešení poklesu ziskovosti a nárůstu míry nákladů, kterých organizace v posledních letech dosahovala.
The diploma thesis draws up a business plan of the Social services in a town Česká Lípa, contributory organisation. The main aim of this thesis is an analysis of competitiveness of the organisation and after that drawing up the SWOT analysis. After on the basis of the organisation data follows the processing of the financial analysis between the years 2009-2013, determining possible proposals for improvement and also utilities of this thesis. In the first part are summarized the theoretical backgrounds necessary for the practical part, detailed characterisation of the separated workplaces in Česká Lípa and law aspects of the enterprise. The crucial segment is then a practical part which analyses selected organisation, market research, organisation form and operating plan of this organisation and financial analysis accompanied by potential suggestions to improve a control and management of the organisation. The application of the business plan should contribute to solution of a low profitability and high costs which the organisation reached in recent years.
