dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá účetním a daňovým pohledem na hmotný a nehmotný majetek. Práce se nejprve věnuje způsobu pořízení majetku, rozdílům mezi technickým zhodnocením a opravami, daňovým a účetním odpisům. Dále se věnuje evidenci a účtování majetku ve firmě Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. (dále jen Webasto), zaobírá se také inventurou a inventarizací majetku účetní jednotky. V praktické části se rozebírá zařazení nezvyklého majetku sloužícího k zajištění distribuční vody. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje vlivu odpisů na hospodářský výsledek a základ daně. Je proveden stávající výběr účetních a daňových odpisů se simulací možného jiného výběru odpisů na praktickém příkladě. Díky této simulaci je zjištěno, že stávající výběr účetních lineárních a daňových zrychlených odpisů je pro firmu nejefektivnější.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with the accounting and tax perspective on tangible and intangible assets. At first, the thesis deals with methods used by assets acquisition, differences between technical improvements and repairs, tax and accounting depreciation. The thesis also deals with the accounting evidence of assets in Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. (Webasto) and it is also focused on the inventory of the entity's assets. The practical part discusses the classification of unusual property that is designed for distribution water. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the impact of depreciation on the profit and tax base. The current application of accounting and tax depreciation is performed with the simulation of possible other depreciation methods on a practical example. Thanks to this simulation, it has been found out that the current methods of straight-line accounting and tax accelerated depreciation are the most effective ones for the company.	en
