Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu cyklických výkyvů ekonomiky a jejich působení na podniky v České republice. Autorka se zabývá charakteristikou ekonomických teorií se zaměřením na řešení hospodářských depresí a poskytuje čtenáři komplexní shrnutí historického vývoje ekonomických škol. Práce je zaměřena na myšlenky liberálních ekonomických škol, které řeší současné ekonomické problémy podniku způsobené cyklickými výkyvy. Ve druhé části je popsán vliv finanční krize na hospodářské výsledky podniků, který autorka srovnává se současným covidovým šokem a následně analyzuje dopady pandemie v gastronomii a pohostinství. V závěrečné kapitole je komplexně charakterizováno spektrum důsledků vzniku krizí a jejich dopadu na podnik a jsou navržena doporučení na eliminaci jejich příčin a následků. Zpracování vlastní analytické části pomohlo autorce dospět k potenciálnímu řešení problému, které vychází z premisy neudržitelnosti současného finančního systému, což diplomantku dovedlo k polemizování nad jeho alternativou.
The thesis focuses on the analysis of cyclical fluctuations of the economy and their impact on businesses in the Czech Republic. The author deals with the characteristics of economic theories with a focus on the solution of economic depressions and provides the reader with a comprehensive summary of the historical development of economic schools. The work focuses on the ideas of liberal economic schools that deals with the current economic problems of business caused by cyclical fluctuations. The second part describes the impact of the financial crisis on business performance, which the author compares to the current covid shock, and then analyses the effects of the pandemic in the foodservice and hospitality industry. The final chapter comprehensively characterizes the spectrum of consequences of crises and their impact on business and proposes recommendations to eliminate their causes and outcomes. The elaboration of the actual analytical part helped the author to come to a potential solution to the problem based on the premise of the unsustainability of the current financial system, which led the graduate to contemplate over its alternative.
