dc.description.abstractThe main goal of this thesis is to describe the complete process of business plan execution in the global internet environment. Initial part dedicated to theory is focused on different types of initial investments in the first stages of the business projects, namely venture capital, seed and angel investments and on internet promotion. The focus of the practical part of this thesis is more on the process of creating efficient and productive team for the execution of the global business plan and on description of used business models, including expansion on foreign markets and the analysis of market indicators generated daily by discount aggregator. This thesis is also not only addressing different issues and characteristics of daily deal sites in the different part of the world but also describes success of the discount aggregators in Portugal, Great Britain, Ireland and New Zealand. The conclusion of this thesis is the evaluation of the business plan execution outcome from the point of view of the author of this thesis, who was at the same time project leader.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat realizaci podnikatelského záměru v globálním internetovém prostředí. Z hlediska teorie je zaměřena na typy počátečních investic do začínajících projektů, jako jsou venture capital, seed investment a angel investment, a na propagaci na internetu. V praktické časti se věnuje sestavení optimálního týmu pro realizaci globálního internetového projektu, použitým obchodním modelům, expanzi na zahraniční trhy a analýzám jednotlivých trhů z pohledu slevového agregátoru. Je zaměřena také na problematiku slevových serverů v různých částech světa a zároveň popisuje úspěšnost realizace slevového agregátoru na trzích v Portugalsku, Velké Británii, Irsku a Novém Zélandu. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení úspěšnosti realizace internetového projektu z pohledu autora diplomové práce a autora projektu v jedné osobě.cs
