Abstract
Práce v analytické části shrnuje problémy spojené se současnou formou rozvoje centrální části Středočeského kraje. V tomto kontextu poukazuje na vliv dopravních systémů a volby prostředku pro dojíždění na formu budoucího rozvoje a hodnotí potenciál změny dynamiky dojíždění vlivem nového terminálu vysokorychlostní železnice Praha východ.
Z analýzy vychází, že kombinace termininálu a rozsáhlého záchytného parkoviště P+R může podpořit další rozvoj rozptýlené řídké zástavby, a že lepším přístupem za dané situace může být vznik nového sídla "na zelené louce" v přímé blízkosti stanice.
Návrhová část formou územní studie konkretizuje tento záměr a ukazuje možnou podobu takového sídla.
The analytical part summarizes the problems associated with the current form of development of the central part of the Central Bohemian Region. In this context, it points to the influence of transport systems and mode choice for commuting on the form of future development and evaluates the potential for changes in the dynamics of commuting as a result of the new high-speed railway terminal Prague East. The analysis shows that the combination of the terminal and the extensive P+R parking lot can support the further development of scattered sparsely populated areas, and that a better approach for the given situation may be the creation of a new "green field" town within walking distance from the station. The design part is a territorial study that specifies this plan and shows the possible form of the new town.
