Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce je automatizace reportingu závad ze zákaznické sítě ve společnosti Škoda Auto a. s. za pomoci softwaru Microsoft Power BI. Automatizování reportů přináší zvýšenou efektivitu a rychlost ve správě dat. Díky němu budou reporty vždy obsahovat aktuální data a také dojde k minimalizování chyb spojených s ručním procesem. V teoretické části se autor zaměří na sféru BI, obecné informace týkající se dat, jejich zdrojů, typů, zpracování a následné analýzy včetně vizualizace. V praktické části se následně zabývá dokumentací tvorby automatizovaného reportu. V závěru práce autor proces tvorby reportu zhodnotí a navrhne plán vývoje do budoucna.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the automation of defect reporting from the customer network at Škoda Auto a. s. using Microsoft Power BI software. Automation of reporting brings increased efficiency and speed in data management. Thanks to it, reports will always contain up-to-date data and errors associated with manual processes will be minimised. In the theoretical part, the author will focus on the sphere of BI, general information regarding data, its sources, types, processing and subsequent analysis including visualization. In the practical part, he then deals with the documentation of the creation of an automated report. At the end of the paper, the author will evaluate the process of report creation and propose a plan for future development.
