Abstract
Obsahem této bakalářské práce je druhová rozmanitost a početnost sinic a řas nacházejících se ve dvou sousedních antropogenních jezerech u Příšovic. V práci jsou popsány charakteristiky samotného fytoplanktonu s výčtem nalezených druhů, dále pak vlastnosti vody a v ní obsažených látek. Hlavní náplní práce je vyhodnocení výsledků sezónní dynamiky fytoplanktonu ve zkoumaných jezerech a vyvození souvislostí s přítomným zooplanktonem.
The content of this bachelor thesis is the species diversity and abundance of cyanobacteria and algae occurred in two neighboring anthropogenic lakes near Příšovice. The work describes the characteristics of the phytoplankton itself with a list of found species, as well as the properties of water and the substances contained in it. The main scope of the work is the evaluation of the results of seasonal dynamics of phytoplankton in the studied lakes and the derivation of the connection with the present zooplankton.
