dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit efektivitu práce speciálního pedagoga/etopeda na základní škole. Údaje pro zhodnocení různých aspektů efektivity jeho práce jsou sbírány od tří speciálních pedagogů/etopedů prostřednictvím rozhovorů, od třiceti učitelů základních škol a sta žáků, tentokrát prostřednictvím dotazníků. Diplomová práce se věnuje frekvenci spolupráce speciálního pedagoga/etopeda s učiteli a žáky a také způsobům, jakými s nimi pracuje. V teoretické části diplomové práce se pojednává například o zavedení pozice školních speciálních pedagogů, informovanosti zaměstnanců škol a žáků o této pozici a samozřejmě také o jeho spolupráci s učiteli, žáky, rodiči, vedením školy, ale i s dalšími institucemi mimo školu. Empirická část tyto teoretické skutečnosti ověřuje.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of the thesis is evaluation efficiency of special pedagogue/etoped work on elementary school. Data for the evaluation of various aspects efficiency of his work are collected from three special pedagogues/etopeds through interviews, from thirty teachers of elementary schools and hundred pupils, this time through questionnaires. The thesis is about frequency of cooperation special pedagogue/etoped with teachers and pupils and his ways of work with them. In the theoretical part of thesis is discussed about for example introduction job of special pedagoga to the elementary school, awareness of employees of school and pupils about special pedagogue and of course it is about cooperation with teachers, pupils, parents, management of school and next institution except of school. The empirical part verifies these theoretical facts.	en
