Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením tuhosti v ohybu a pevností spoje pro podlepené vrchové textilie určené na pánské a dámské kabáty. Pro porovnání bylo vybráno pět vrchových textilií a čtyři výztužné vložky. V rešeršní části hodnotí vliv podlepení na omak, splývavost, tvarovatelnost, tuhost a pevnost. Dále hodnotí chování při chemickém čištění. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika podlepovacích vložek s jejich vlastnostmi a parametry podlepování. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vliv teploty na tuhost v ohybu a pevnost spoje podlepených vrchových textilií. Na základě výsledků doporučit odpovídající podlepovací vložku.
The thesis deals with the evaluation of bending rigidity and bond strength for the bonded outer fabrics, determined for men´s and lady´s coats. There were chosen and compared five outer fabrics and four fusible interlinings. In search part the thesis evaluates influence of bonding process on handle, drape, formability, bending rigidity and bond strength of outer fabrics. Also evaluates their behaviour in the process of chemical cleaning. There is also described the characteristic of fusible interlinings, their features and bonding parameters in the theoretical part. Goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of temperature on bending rigidity and bond strength at bonded outer fabrics. Based on the results can recommend appropriate fusible interlining.
