dc.description.abstract	This Diploma Thesis deals with the integration of women back to the labour market after the maternity leave as a problem of this group in the labour market.The theoretical part outlines the history of the status of women in society and describes the question of profession standing after the maternity leave and the terms linked with this topic. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to provide by using qualitative research a view of the current situation of women after the maternity leave in the Vysočina region and their exercise at the labour market. This diploma thesis is focused on the biggest problems and negative aspects, which are connected with the return to work, such as discrimination from employer, the problems during the combination of the professional and private life.	en
dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá integrací žen po rodičovské dovolené zpět na trh práce, coby problémové skupiny na pracovním trhu. Teoretická část nastiňuje historii postavení ženy a popisuje problematiku profesního postavení žen po rodičovské dovolené a pojmy spojené s tímto tématem. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu poskytnout náhled na současnou situaci žen po rodičovské dovolené v kraji Vysočina a jejich uplatnění na pracovním trhu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na jejich největší problémy a negativní jevy, které se s návratem do zaměstnáním pojí, jako je diskriminace ze strany zaměstnavatele, problémy při kombinaci profesního a soukromého života	cs
