dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou činností podniku při akceptování principů cirkulární ekonomiky. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou definovány činnosti podniku, při kterých dochází k naplnění podstaty cirkulární ekonomiky v provozu. První část představuje teoretický přehled od principů, na kterých je model cirkulární ekonomiky založen. Následuje rozbor strategií, díky nimž je možné zachovat udržitelný rozvoj společnosti. Jsou zde uvedeny determinanty, jež ovlivňují přechod na cirkulární ekonomiku. Zabývá se klíčovými literárními pracemi a myšlenkovými směry ekonomie životního prostředí. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu konkrétních činností podniku realizovaných v souladu s cirkulární ekonomikou. Soustředí se na stav podnikových činností a z nich vyplývající aktivity z ekonomické, sociální a environmentální oblasti. Třetí část se zaměřuje na zkoumání naplnění podstaty cirkulární ekonomiky a vlivy působící na přechod podniku na cirkulární model. Zjišťuje úspěšnost zapojení cirkulárních činnosti v rámci jeho fungování. Charakterizuje slabá místa cirkularity podniku, zhodnocuje a předkládá možné individuální doporučení a řešení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the analysis of the company's activities in accepting the principles of circular economy. On the basis of the established facts, the activities of the enterprise are defined, in which the essence of the circular economy is fulfilled in operation. The first part presents a theoretical overview from the principles on which the circular economy model is based. This is followed by an analysis of the strategies that make it possible to maintain the sustainable development of the company. The determinants that influence the transition to a circular economy are presented. Key literature and schools of thought in environmental economics are discussed. The second part focuses on the analysis of specific company activities implemented in line with the circular economy. It focuses on the state of corporate operations and the resulting economic, social and environmental activities. The third part focuses on the examination of the fulfilment of the essence of the circular economy and the influences acting on the transition of the enterprise to the circular model. It investigates the success of integrating circular activities within its operations. It characterizes the weaknesses of the circularity of the enterprise, evaluates and presents possible individual recommendations and solutions.	en
