Abstract
Práce obsahuje rozbor etických a morálních problémů v tématice trestu smrti. V práci jsem zahrnul jednak argumenty, které by mohly trest smrti obhájit, tak i reflexi morálních problémů které se s tímto trestem pojí. Nedílnou součástí práce je i komparace pozitivních a negativních stránek trestu smrti. V neposlední řadě představím alternativní možnosti trestu k nejvyššímu trestu, které budou z norské justice. Závěrem představím i vlastní reflexi do této problematiky.
The work contains an analysis of ethical and moral problems in the subject of the death penalty. In my work, I included both arguments that could defend the death penalty, as well as a reflection of the moral problems associated with this punishment. An integral part of the work is also a comparison of the positive and negative sides of the death penalty. Last but not least, I will present alternative punishment options to the highest punishment, which will be from Norwegian justice. Finally, I will present my own reflection on this issue.
