dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou práce neschopných pacientů a dodržováním jejich léčebného režimu. Cílem bylo zmapovat dodržování léčebného režimu v jabloneckém regionu. Šetřením byly zjišťovány příčiny nedodržování léčebného režimu. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která byla věnována současné legislativě v nemocenském pojištění. Nahlédli jsme i do novodobé historie nemocenského pojištění. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí rozhovorů, pozorování a studia spisové dokumentace postoje pacientů, lékařů a kontrolorů k pojednávané problematice. Výsledky ukázaly, že nelze jedince posuzovat jednostranně. Můžeme konstatovat, že nemocnost populace ovlivňuje mnoho biologických, psychologických i sociálních faktorů. Na nemocnost obyvatelstva má vliv i ekonomická situace daného jedince. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k popisované problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že sociální proces nápravy rizikových skupin obyvatel, které participují na nemocenských dávkách, je dlouhodobá záležitost, na které se musí podílet stát, občan, lékař, zaměstnavatel a celá společnost.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor´s dissertation concerns itself with the area of patients with temporary incapacity to work and their adherence to the treatment regimen. The aim was to map the adherence to the treatment regimen in the Jablonec region. The investigation has led to the ascertainment of the causes of the failure to adhere to the treatment regimen. The work consists of two main sections. This involves the theoretical section which is dedicated to the current legislation involving sickness insurance. We have also looked at the modern history of sickness insurance. The practical section presents the attitudes of patients, doctors and inspectors towards the given area ascertained by means of interviews, comparisons and the study of the file documentation. The results showed that it is not possible to assess individuals unilaterally. We can state that many biological, psychological and social factors affect the sickness rate in the population. The economic situation of the given individual also has an influence on the sickness rate in the population. The work´s greatest contribution can be considered to be the finding that the social process aimed at correcting the at-risk groups of inhabitants which participate in sickness benefits is a long-term process, in which the state, citizens, doctors, employers and the entire society must participate.en
