Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení a porovnání vypovídacích schopností finančních ukazatelů společností Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. a Kofola, a.s. V první části práce bude vysvětlen pojem finanční analýza a definovány výkazy potřebné pro zpracování finanční analýzy. Následně budou popsány vybrané metody finanční analýzy a jejich výpočet. Mezi použité metody patří poměrové ukazatele a modely hodnotící finanční zdraví podniku. Cílem praktické části je zhodnocení vybraných finančních ukazatelů obou společností v letech 2010-2015 a jejich mezipodnikové srovnání. Nejprve je zde popsána ekonomická charakteristika podniků. Dále jsou provedeny jednotlivé výpočty vybraných ukazatelů a komplexních modelů z dat zvolených podniků. Práce je uzavřena celkovým zhodnocením vypočtených výsledků, určení silných a slabých stránek společností a doporučení.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and comparison of testimonial capabilities of financial indicators of Karlovarské minerální vody, a.s. Kofola, a.s. The first part of the thesis will explain the concept of financial analysis and define statements needed for financial analysis. Subsequently, selected methods of financial analysis and their calculation will be described. The methods used include proportional indicators and models evaluating corporate financial hygiene. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate selected financial indicators of both companies in the years 2010-2015 and their inter-company comparison. First, the economic characteristics of the company´s are described here. Individual calculations of selected indicators and complex models from the data of selected companies are also carried out. The work is completed by an overall assessment of the calculated results, the company's strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations.
