dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit finanční zdraví konkrétního podniku pomocí vybraných finančních ukazatelů a modelů. První část práce je zaměřena na systematizaci teoretických poznatků získaných z odborné literatury o podstatě finančního zdraví, významu a využití finanční analýzy a objasnění jejích metod, které jsou základem jejího zpracování. Vybrané metody jsou aplikovány v rámci praktické části na zvolený podnik a zjištěné hodnoty jsou porovnány s jiným podnikem působícím ve stejném oboru. Údaje potřebné pro sestavení finanční analýzy jsou získány z účetních výkazů a interních dokumentů podniku. Výsledky této diplomové práce poskytují celkový obraz o finančním zdraví podniku a na základě navržených opatření umožňují jeho vedení zkvalitnění finančního řízení.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this master thesis is to evaluate the financial health of a particular company using selected financial indicators and models. The first part of the thesis is focused on the systematization of the theoretical knowledge gained from specialized literature on the principle of the financial health, meaning and use of financial analysis and clarification of its methods, which are the basis of its processing. In the practical part, the selected methods are applied to the chosen company and the ascertained figures are compared with another enterprise operating in the same field. The data needed to compile financial analysis are obtained from internal financial statements and internal documents of the company. The results of this master thesis provide an overview of financial health of the company and on the basis of the proposed measures, enable the management to improve its financial management.	en
