dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá sebemotivací a jejími souvislostmi s vytyčováním životních cílů u studentů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsaná problematika emoční inteligence a jejích složek. Podrobnější je pohled na sebemotivaci včetně klíčových oblastí a potřeb, které ji ovlivňují. Stručně jsou charakterizovány cíle a smysluplnost životních cílu. V praktické části je zhodnocen vztah mezi sebemotivací, školní úspěšností a vytyčováním životních cílů studentů. Výzkum je založen na použití nestandardizovaných testů emoční inteligence, dotazníku sebepojetí školní úspěšnosti studentů a nestandardizovaného dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Výzkum probíhal na Střední průmyslové škole textilní v Liberci v prvních a čtvrtých ročnících.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with self - motivation and its connection with signalization of life´s purposes of students. The work composed by theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is describing the problem of emotional intelligence and its elements. More detailed there is a view of self - motivation including key´s areas and needs, which influence it. There is shortly characteristic of life´s purposes and their advisability. In the practical part there is evaluation of relation between self - motivation, success at schools and demarcation of lives purposes of student. Development has been established by using substandard tests of emotive intelligence, questionnaires of self - conception of school successful of students and substandard questionnaire of self - structure. Development was made at secondary textile school in Liberec in the first and fourth classes.en
