Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního klimatu ve školní třídě. Zjišťuje a podrobně analyzuje stav sociálního klimatu školní třídy v průběhu školních let 2002 - 2003, 2003 - 2004, 2004 - 2005, 2005 - 2006. Snaží se postihnout jeho vývoj. Zahrnuje analýzu a srovnání sociálního klimatu školní třídy dle názoru žáků a učitele. Obsahuje podrobný rozbor a porovnání aktuálního a preferovaného klimatu z pohledu žáků školní třídy.
The thesis deals with an issue of a social climate in a school class. It discovers and analyses in details a state of the social climate of the school class in the course of the school years: 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006. It attempts to describe its development. It includes an analysis and a comparison of the social climate in the school class on the basis of pupils´ and teacher´s opinions. It contains the detailed analysis and a comparison of an actual climate and a preferable one from the school class pupils´ point of view.
