Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na testovací metodu integrovaných obvodů a desek plošných spojů Boundary Scan. Cílem bylo navrhnout a následně realizovat hardware, na kterém by byly demonstrovány principy a testovány funkce standardu IEEE-1149.4. Schematické zapojení zadané vedoucím práce, obsahující řetězec testovatelných integrovaných obvodů Boundary Scan s připojenými testovacími obvody, s možností přivedení externích hodnot na měřící body, bylo rozšířeno o převodník z USB na paralelní port LPT. Tento elektronický obvod byl nazván Aplikační deska Boundary Scan. Bakalářská práce se následně věnuje vytvoření softwaru sloužícího k ovládání této desky. Konkrétně se jedná o zajištění komunikace a řízení datového toku mezi PC a aplikační deskou. Navrhované řešení umožňuje, kromě testování propojení, měřit napětí a hodnoty pasivních součástek.
The bachelor?s dissertation focuses on a testing method for integrated circuits and Boundary Scan boards. The aim has been to propose and subsequently realise hardware which can demonstrate the principles and test the function of the IEEE-1149.4 standard. The diagrammatic connection assigned by the dissertation supervisor containing a string of testable integrated Boundary Scan circuits with the option of inducing external values to the measuring points was expanded to include a USB transducer on a parallel LPT port. This electronic circuit has been called the Boundary Scan application board. The bachelor?s dissertation is subsequently dedicated to the creation of software used to control this board. This specifically involves the securing of the communication and control of the data flow between the PC and the application board. The proposed solution enables the measuring of the voltage and the values in the passive components as well as the testing of the connection.
