dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na studii chování plošné textilie při ohybové deformaci po tepelném tvarování. Práce se opírá o informace ze zdrojů zabývajících se tématikou tvarování textilních materiálů a deformací textilních materiálů. První část diplomovém práce se věnuje rešerši tvarování plošné textilie při ohybové deformaci metodou úhlu zotavení. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je obsažen popis metod zjišťování úhlu zotavení plošné textilie po tvarovacím procesu.. Třetí část diplomové práce analyzuje síly ovlivňující ohybovou deformaci plošné textilie. Ve čtvrté části diplomové práce jsou autorkou diplomové práce navrženy způsoby snímání a vyhodnocení úhlu zotavení plošné textile pomocí digitálního fotoaparátu. Tato část obsahuje detailní popis navrženého postupu snímání úhlu zotavení plošné textilie a dále také detailní popis způsobů vyhodnocování úhlu zotavení plošné textilie. Závěrečná část diplomové práce se zabývá měřením úhlů zotavení a následným vyhodnocením zjištěných úhlů zotavení. V poslední kapitole dané části diplomové práce jsou jednotlivé navržené metody vzájemně porovnány z hlediska výhodnosti a nevýhodnosti jejich užití při řešení praktických požadavků v procesu technologického zpracování textilií.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis focuses on the study of acting of surface textile at bending deformation after heat ironing. The information was taken from sources that deal with the topic of heat ironing and deformation of textile materials. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the literature search of heat ironing of surface textile at bending deformation using the method of recovery angle. The second part contains the description of the methods that find out the recovery angle after forming process. The third part of the thesis analyses the powers that influence bending deformation of surface textile. In the fourth part of the work the author suggests ways of scanning and evaluation of recovery angle using a digital camera. This part contains a detailed description of suggested process, scanning of recovery angle of surface textile as well as well-described ways of recovery angle evaluation. The final part deals with measuring of recovery angles and subsequent evaluation of measured angles. The last chapter of the thesis compares particular suggested methods from different points of view, the advantages and disadvantages of their use considering practical demands in the technological process of manufacturing textile.en
