Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou role třídního učitele při prevenci šikany na druhém stupni základní školy. Část práce je věnována pojednání o zodpovědnosti za prevenci šikany z hlediska legislativy a personálního obsazení základní školy. Další část práce se pak zabývá protektivními faktory, které fungují proti vzniku šikany ve školním prostředí. Součástí práce je i kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na to, jak svoji úlohu v prevenci šikany vnímají samotní třídní učitelé.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the role of the class teacher in the prevention of bullying at the second stage of primary school. Part of the thesis is devoted to a discussion of the responsibility for the prevention of bullying in terms of legislation and staffing of primary schools. The next part of the work deals with protective factors that work against the emergence of bullying in the school environment. Part of the thesis is also quantitative research focused on how class teachers themselves perceive their role in the prevention of bullying.
