Abstract
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá možnost využití vybraných metod operačního výzkumu při plánování rozvozů produktů společnosti Levandulovna s.r.o. Autor práce se přitom zaměřil na heuristické metody, které jsou vhodné pro plánování cyklicky realizovaných rozvozů. Pro účely zkoumání byl vybrán savings algoritmus dle Clarka & Wrighta, což je metoda využívající matici vzdálenosti a matici úspor k návrhu rozvozové trasy tak, aby došlo k maximalizaci úspory ujeté vzdálenosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoreticko-metodologickou a část aplikační. V teoreticko-metodologické části byla objasněna základní problematika týkající se logistiky, dopravy a především operačního výzkumu se zaměřením na dopravní úlohu. Dále je zde popsána metodika práce včetně použité metody. V aplikační části práce byly pomocí metody analýzy identifikovány rozvozy produktů společnosti Levandulovna s.r.o., které jsou realizovány přepravními službami PPL, Česká pošta, Zásilkovna. Z těchto rozvozů byl vybrán konkrétní modelový příklad, na kterém byl proveden návrh rozvozových tras pomocí vybrané heuristické metody. Vytvořený návrh byl následně porovnán s přepravními společnostmi. Na základě výsledků této komparace byla vybrána nejvhodnější ekonomická možnost pro plánování rozvozového plánu pro společnost Levandulovna s.r.o
This thesis examines the possibility of using selected methods of operations research in planning the distribution of products of Lavandulovna s.r.o. The author of the thesis focused on heuristic methods that are suitable for planning cyclical deliveries. For the purpose of the research, the savings algorithm according to Clark & Wright was selected, which is a method that uses a distance matrix and a savings matrix to design a delivery route so as to maximize the savings in distance traveled. The thesis is divided into a theoretical-methodological part and an application part. In the theoretical-methodological part, the basic issues related to logistics, transportation and especially operations research have been explained with a focus on the transportation role. Furthermore, the methodology of the thesis including the method used is described. In the application part of the thesis, the analysis method was used to identify the deliveries of the products of the company Levandulovna s.r.o., which are realized by the transport services PPL, Česká pošta, Zásilkovna. A specific model example was selected from these deliveries, on which the design of delivery routes was performed using the selected heuristic method. The created design was then compared with the shipping companies. Based on the results of this comparison, the most suitable economic option for planning the delivery plan for Lavandulovna s.r.o. was selected.
