Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce Hodnocení výkonnosti rodinného podniku je zhodnocení činnosti rodinného podniku AFCZ s. r. o. prostřednictvím vybraných metod finanční analýzy v rozmezí let 2014 až 2018. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a metody finanční analýzy. V této části je také vymezen pojem rodinný podnik. V praktické části je popsán vybraný rodinný podnik a následně jsou na něj aplikovány metody finanční analýzy. Pomocí absolutní metody finanční analýzy jsou v podniku vertikálně a horizontálně zanalyzované účetní výkazy, poté jsou vypočteny poměrové ukazatele. V závěru je shrnutí provedené finanční analýzy a také jsou doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení finanční výkonnosti daného podniku.
The aim of the Bachelor thesis Performance Evaluation of the Family Business is to evaluate the activities of the family business AFCZ s. r. o. by using selected methods of financial analysis in the period between the years 2014 and 2018. The theoretical part describes basic concepts and methods of financial analysis. In this part, the concept of family business is also defined. The practical part describes the selected company and subsequently the methods of financial analysis are applied. By using absolute method of financial analysis, the financial statements are vertically and horizontally analyzed, then ratio indicators are calculated. The conclusion summarizes the results of financial analysis and recommended changes to improve the company's financial performance.
