Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je Mimořádný lidový soud v Kutné Hoře v tzv. prvním retribučním období (1945 až 1947). Tematicky je práce rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část textu pojednává o samotné činnosti soudu a dále se zabývá analýzou trestních spisů. V druhé části lze nalézt vybrané kauzy projednávané u Mimořádného lidového soudu v Kutné Hoře v letech 1945 až 1947. Nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno trestům smrti. Součástí práce je i seznam obžalovaných, umístěný v přílohách. Informace použité v této práci, vycházejí z fondu Mimořádný lidový soud v Kutné Hoře 1945-1948, který se nachází ve státním oblastním archivu v Praze.
The thesis focuses on the Extraordinary People's court in Kutná Hora in the time of so-called first period of retribution (1945-7). The first part of the thesis concerns the activity of the court itself and contains an analysis of the court files.The second part discusses selected cases from this period in greater detail, giving most attention to capital punishment cases. The appendix contains a list of defendants in all cases brought before the court. The data in this theses come from the archivalia stored at State Regional Archive in Prague.
