dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o důležitosti User Experience a zaměření na uživatele ve webovém prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na hlavní aspekty a fáze při návrhu designu na míru potřebám uživatelů. V prvních fázích analyzujeme uživatele, snažíme se identifikovat jeho potřeby a definujeme profil uživatele, poté přecházíme k samotnému designu. Na závěr provádíme testování a hodnotíme výsledky a úspěšnost celého procesu. V praktické části práce jsou uživatelé zastoupeni zaměstnanci webové a marketingové agentury, kteří by pro veškeré firemní procesy měli používat interní informační systém. Systém ale nefunguje, jak by se po modernizaci předpokládalo, zaměříme se proto na analýzu tohoto problému a navrhneme možná řešení pro zlepšení celé situace.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis is about the importance of User Experience with an orientation on the user in web environment. The work is focused on main aspects and phases in UX design for the user and his needs. After analysing the user, we try to identify his needs and define a user's profile, then we continue with the design. At the end we conduct user testing and evaluate the results and success of the whole process. The users are represented by employees of a webdesign and marketing agency. They are supposed to use their internal information system, but they do not. The system does not work as it was expected after the last modernisation. That is why there needs to be done an analysis of the problem. After the proper analysis we can suggest possible solutions that will improve the whole situation.	en
