Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá románem Případ Collini od Ferdinanda von Schiracha. Děj románu
je smyšlený, ale vychází ze skutečných historických událostí. Ústřední roli v románu hraje
reálný prováděcí zákon k zákonu o přestupcích (EGOWiG). Tento zákon vstoupil v platnost v
roce 1968 a způsobil, že mnoho válečných zločinců nebylo potrestáno. Práce analyzuje, do jaké
míry znění zákona v románu odpovídá skutečné podobě dané legislativy. Zkoumány jsou i další
historické události, na které román odkazuje.
The bachelor thesis deals with the novel The Collini Case by Ferdinand von Schirach. The plot of the novel is fictional, but it is based on real historical events. A central role in the novel is played by the Introductory Act to the Administrative Offences Act (EGOWiG). This law came into force in 1968 and resulted in many war criminals going unpunished. The thesis analyses the extent to which the depiction of the law in the novel corresponds to the actual legislation. Other historical events are also analysed.
