Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou projektu, životního cyklu projektu, projektového řízení a charakteristikou členů projektového týmu. Práce zpracovává projekt studentské soutěže Preciosa Crystal Challenge ve společnosti Preciosa a stručně charakterizuje i další studentské projekty společnosti. Práce analyzuje projekt z pohledu účastníka, organizátora a pozorovatele a dále zpracovává zpětné vazby a názory od účastníků projektu i těch, kteří se rozhodli projektu nezúčastnit. Zpětné vazby byly shromažďovány společností a dále zjišťovány autorkou. V práci je provedena analýza změn projektu v průběhu času v oblasti harmonogramu, cílů, průběhu a ocenění a tyto změny vzájemně porovnává. V závěru autorka na základě zjištěných informací doporučuje zlepšení v oblasti organizace, odměn a propagace projektu. Úplným zakončením diplomové práce je popis již provedených změn.
Title: The use of project management in the implementation of student competitionThe diploma thesis deals with the matter of the project, the life cycle of the project, the project management and with the characteristics of the members of the project team. Thesis processes a project of student competition Preciosa Crystal Challenge led by Preciosa company and briefly characterises other student projects of the company. Thesis analyses the project from the point of view of a participant, a convener and an observer and furthermore utilizes participants´ feedback and opinions as well as feedback and opinions of people who decided not to take part in the project. Feedback was collected by the company and then ensured by the author. The thesis also contains an analysis of the changes in the project in time run in the field of the schedule, goals, process and awarding and compares the changes mutually. In the resume, the author recommends improvements pursuant ascertained information in the field of organisation, awards and propagation of the project. Total diploma thesis´ endpoint is a description of changes which have been already made.
