Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nástupnictví ve vybraném rodinném podniku v sektoru služeb. Cílem bylo zhodnotit nástupnictví v minulosti a vytvoření vhodné varianty budoucího nástupnictví pro firmu. V úvodu jsou definovány pojmy rodinný podnik, proces nástupnictví v rodinných podnicích a výběr nástupce. V druhé části práce je popsaná vybraná společnost Ecomp spol. s r.o. a je zde probráno nástupnictví v minulosti. Na závěr se práce věnuje navržení možných variant předání podniku budoucím generacím a zhodnocení návrhů společností.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of succession in a selected family business in the service sector. The aim was to evaluate the past succession and to create a suitable option for future succession for the company. In the introduction the terms family business, succession process in family businesses and successor selection are defined. In the second part of the paper, the selected company Ecomp Ltd. is described and the past succession is discussed. Finally, the thesis concludes by proposing possible options for passing the business on to future generations and evaluating the companies' proposals.
