Abstract
Cílem bakalářská práce bylo zpracování analýzy vybraných street dance tanečních klubů v Liberci a Frýdlantu. Dílčími cíli byla analýza organizačního zajištění ve vybraných tanečních klubech a analýza metodických postupů ve vybraných tanečních klubech. Vybraných tanečních klubů bylo 5 z celkového počtu 15 klubů v Liberci a Frýdlantu. Hlavní použitou metodou pro sběr dat byla komunikace s tanečními kluby. Sběr dat probíhal formou osobních konzultací autorky práce s vedoucími klubů nebo elektronickou cestou. Mezi zjišťované parametry patří informace o vzniku klubu, právní subjektivitě, organizační struktuře, financování a finančním řízení klubu, personálu a jeho požadovaném vzdělání, materiálním vybavení, cílové skupině, tanečním stylu, výkonnostní úrovni, zapojení dobrovolníků a metodických postupech. Výsledky jsou prezentovány formou tabulek a přehledů.
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze selected street dance clubs in Liberec and Frýdlant. The partial goals were the analysis of organizational support in selected dance clubs and the analysis of methodological procedures in selected dance clubs. There were 5 selected dance clubs out of the total number of 15 clubs in Liberec and Frýdlant. The main method used for data collection was communication with dance clubs. Data collection took place in the form of personal consultations of the author's work with club leaders or electronically. The parameters identified include information on the establishment of the club, legal personality, organizational structure, financing and financial management of the club, staff and their required education, material equipment, target group, dance style, performance level, volunteer involvement and methodological procedures. The results are presented in the form of tables and summaries.
