dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor thesis involved in comparing the average gross earnings over the past five years higher old-age pension for people for people who left during 2007 in the district of Liberec in the old age pension. The aim of this work was to determine the change in income associated with retirement. The work consisted of two key areas, and part of the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part dealt with the conditions of entitlement and the pension. The theoretical part dealt with the conditions of entitlement and the pension. In the practical part of the thesis the author of the survey looked at the amount of the previous gross income in the last five years before retirement, and examined the percentage decrease or increase the retirement pension in relation to the previous average gross earnings for five years in last research sample, which contained files of women and fifty files of men. Most of the results is shown in charts and graphs, which are accompanied by verbal comments yet author.en
dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývala porovnáváním průměrného hrubého výdělku za posledních pět let s výší starobního důchodu u lidí, kteří odešli v průběhu roku 2007 v okrese Liberec do starobního důchodu. Cílem bylo zjistit změnu přijmu související s odchodem do starobního důchodu. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti, a to část teoretická a část praktická. Teoretická část se zabývala podmínkami vzniku a výší starobního důchodu. Praktická část shrnovala výsledky zjištěné z výzkumného vzorku, který obsahoval padesát spisů žen a padesát spisů mužů. Přínosem práce bylo zjištění procentního poklesu nebo nárůstu starobního důchodu v porovnání s průměrným hrubým výdělkem za posledních pět let. Pro přehlednost jsou výsledky zobrazeny v tabulkách a grafech.cs
