Abstract
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce odborných zaměstnanců Vězeňské služby České republiky s odsouzenými během výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Práci tvoří teoretická a praktická část, v úvodních kapitolách teoretické části se čtenář seznámí s organizací, strukturou a hlavními úkoly Vězeňské služby České republiky. Následující kapitoly této části jsou věnovány popisu činnosti práce odborných zaměstnanců ve věznicích a nástrojům, které mají při práci s odsouzenými v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody k dispozici, přičemž je tato část zaměřena především na popis Programů zacházení a aktivity, jimiž je na odsouzené v průběhu výkonu trestu působeno.Praktická část práce je v úvodní kapitole věnována realizaci Programů zacházení ve věznicích a výzkumnému šetření, které bylo realizováno ve čtyřech věznicích, s hlavním cílem posoudit, zdali samotní odsouzení vnímají jim nastavené programy zacházení ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody jako prostředek pro dosažení své sociální rehabilitace před propuštěním na svobodu.
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the work of professional employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic with convicts during the execution of imprisonment. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part, in the opening chapters of the theoretical part the reader will become acquainted with the organization, structure and main tasks of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. The following chapters of this section are devoted to the description of the work of professional staff in prisons and to the tools available to prisoners during the course of their imprisonment, which focuses primarily on the description of treatment programs and activities which are applied to convicts during the course of their sentence.The practical part of the work is the introductory chapter devoted to the implementation of treatment programs and the research survey carried out in four prisons, with the main aim of assessing whether the convicts themselves perceive the set-up of prison treatment programs as a means of achieving their social rehabilitation before release.
