| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the present situation in the freight transport by the building company IZOMAT Praha s.r.o. branch Liberec and the realization of proposals by the other transport possibilities. The hiring of trucks from external carriers solves this situation now. All operation costs were found out and calculated for this option. Only average values were used with regard to the transport dependence on the season. The next aim of this project was to suggest some other solutions of transport realization. All the solutions are related to the purchase of a new vehicle that is why the calculated costs are the same for all versions. In this locality it is unreal to use the other transport possibilities, the road transport stays the only option. Therefore, overall costs differ only according to different ways of purchasing the vehicle. The proposed versions are related to contract hire and are differentiated by the pay-off periods (36, 48 and 60 months) or by the amount of advance payment (30%, 40% and 50%). The 36 months pay-off period with the 40% advance payment looks like the optimal version where the costs drop below the level of hired transport in less than six years. The variant to purchase a new car in cash was not at first intended because it would be necessary to expend big capital at a time and the money would lose its value substantially. Still, the company IZOMAT Praha s.r.o. branch Liberec ruminates on this variant. That is why it would be necessary to find out which costs would have to be expended for operation and what vehicle utilization would have to be with the view of the shortest return of the invested capital. The vehicle would not be worthwhile for the company only for its own utilization. It is necessary to use it for external transport too; the suggestion was made for this version. In this suggestion, the attended region is divided into smaller areas according to the distance and thereby according to payment assessment for this service. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu nákladní dopravy u stavební společnosti IZOMAT Praha s. r. o. pobočky Liberec a realizace návrhů dalších možných způsobů dopravy. Aktuálně je doprava řešena najímáním vozu u externích dopravců. Pro tuto alternativu byly zjištěny a vypočteny veškeré náklady na provoz. Vzhledem k závislosti provozu na ročním období byly použity průměrné hodnoty. Dalším úkolem bylo navrhnout jiná řešení pro realizaci dopravy. Všechna řešení se týkají pořízení vlastního vozu, proto jsou vypočtené náklady pro všechny varianty stejné. Využití jiných druhů dopravy, než je doprava silniční, je v dané lokalitě nereálné. Celkové náklady se tak liší dle způsobu pořízení vozu. Navržené varianty se týkají leasingu a liší se dobou splácení (36, 48 a 60 měsíců) či velikostí akontace (30 %, 40 % a 50 %). Nejvýhodnější alternativou se zdá být varianta splácení 36 měsíců s akontací 40 %, při které se náklady dostanou pod úroveň najímané dopravy za dobu cca 6 let. Varianta koupě vozu za hotové nebyla zprvu uvažována, protože by bylo nutné vynaložit velký kapitál najednou a došlo by k výrazné ztrátě hodnoty peněz. I přes to společnost IZOMAT Praha s. r. o. pobočka Liberec nad touto variantou uvažuje. Proto bylo nutné zjistit, jaké náklady by musely být na provoz vynaloženy a jaká by musela být vytíženost vozu, aby návratnost vloženého kapitálu byla co nejkratší. Společnosti by se vůz pouze pro vlastní využití nevyplatil. Je nutno ho využít i pro externí dopravu, pro niž byl zpracován návrh. Návrh se týká rozdělení obsluhované oblasti na okruhy dle vzdálenosti a tím určení platby za tuto službu. | cs |
