dc.description.abstractThis work has a main goal to describe the problematic of the implementation of management quality system in a company. I used the opportunity that Liberecká IS, a.s., the company where I do my practices, is solving this problem at current time. Besides theoretical and generally known information I describe the procedure of acquiring the certificate of quality and what documents need to be prepared for a certificatory. This work is divided into particular parts. At the beginning I explain terminology used in the text, followed by a brief description of history and the company itself. Then there are information dealing with the certification (definitions of certificates, applications for implementation). I consider this work a manual for those who want to apply for a certificate. Finally I enclosed the results of questionnaires that show what knowledge of certificates people have.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce má za cíl popsat problematiku zavádění systém managementu jakosti do společnosti. Využila jsem příležitosti, že tento problém právě řeší Liberecká IS, a. s., kde jsem na praxi. Kromě teoretických a obecně známých informací zde popisuji, jak se postupuje při žádosti o certifikát kvality a jaké dokumenty je nutné pro certifikátora připravit. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. Na začátku je vysvětlena terminologie, následuje stručná historie a popis firmy. A poté jsou zde informace spojené s certifikací (definice certifikátů, žádosti a zavádění). Tuto práci jsem pojala jako příručku k postupu o žádost o certifikát. V závěru práce jsou výsledky dotazníku, který objasňuje, jaký přehled o certifikátech má široká veřejnost.cs
