Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl ukázat čtenářům, co všechno stojí za pojmem Facility management a seznámit je s nástroji podporujícími tuto disciplínu. V úvodních částech práce jsou podrobně popsány digitální technologie, které dokážou výrazně podpořit spravování nemovitostí. Největší pozornost je věnována speciálnímu typu informačního systému pro správu nemovitostí, který se má v podniku zavádět. Praktická část následně zahrnuje analýzu současného přístupu podniku k nakládání s daty a poté je provedena analýza využitelných dat a určení jejich funkce v konkrétním software s ohledem na fungování firmy. V další části práce je posouzen momentální přístup podniku ke správě nemovitostí a následně je v krocích popsán jeden z možných postupů implementace daného software. V závěrečné části práce je provedeno posouzení potenciálu vybraného nástroje ovlivnit ekonomickou efektivitu podniku.
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to show the readers what is behind the term Facility management and to familiarize them with the tools supporting this discipline. In the introductory parts of the work, digital technologies that can significantly support Facility management are described in detail. The greatest attention is paid to a special type of information system for Facility management, which is to be implemented in the company. The practical part subsequently includes an analysis of the company's current approach to handling data, and then an analysis of usable data and determination of their function in specific software with regard to the functioning of the company is carried out. In the next part of the work, the company's current approach to Facility management is assessed, and then one of the possible procedures for implementing the given software is described in steps. In the final part of the thesis, the potential of the selected tool to influence the economic efficiency of the company is assessed.
