Abstract
Bakalářská práce Význam přijetí eura pro konkrétní exportující podnik je rozčleněna do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou definované jednotlivé klíčové pojmy na základě prostudované odborné literatury, časopisů a internetových zdrojů. Nejdříve je provedena typologie podniku, následně se práce věnuje historii eura společně s jeho zavedením v eurozóně a nakonec jsou v této části ještě použity teoretické poznatky, které poukazují na možné výhody a nevýhody plynoucí z přijetí eura. V praktické části je charakterizována holdingová společnost KOBIT Holding, s.r.o. a její hlavní podnik KOBIT, spol. s r.o., kterým se práce zabývá. Součástí je rozbor získaných prostudovaných informací z interních materiálů daného podniku. V poslední řadě praktická část poukazuje na možnosti eliminace kurzového rizika pro daný podnik a na význam přijetí eura pro KOBIT, spol. s r.o., ale též na možné využití získaných poznatků v praxi.
The bachelor thesis The importance of adopting euro for a specific exporting company is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are define the key terms on the basis of researched professional literature, magazines and internet sources. First of all, knowledge from the area of typology of the business is carried out, then the thesis deals with the history of the euro together with it is establishment in the eurozone and in the end, there are theoretical findings, which point towards the possible advantages and disadvantages of adopting the euro. In the practical part, the holding company KOBIT Holding, s.r.o is characterized and also their main branch KOBIT, spol. s.r.o., which the work details. Within this chapter, lies historical information about the company as well as an analysis of the gathered researched information, from the internal materials of the given business. In the end the practical part points out the possibilites of elimination of the exchange rate risk for the given business and the meaning of adopting the euro for KOBIT, spol, s.r.o., as well as he possible use of the aforementioned gained knowledge in practice.
