Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezinárodně obchodní činností vybraného podniku a rizik s tím spojenými. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy identifikovat rizika vybrané firmy působící na mezinárodním trhu a následně je ohodnotit. Dle výsledků analýzy doporučit řešení pro rizika, která by pro podnik mohla být největší hrozbou. Teoretická rešerše je zaměřena na rizika, která se vyskytují v souvislosti se zapojením podniku do mezinárodního obchodu. Podstatnou částí teoretické rešerše je analýza rizik, která je aplikována v praktické části. Po teoretické rešerši následuje analytická část, kde je v první řadě představena společnost BITUMAX a je zde popsána její importní činnost. Následně je v práci na základě kvalifikovaného rozhovoru metodou Delphi provedena analýza rizik společnosti BITUMAX. Na závěr této práce jsou vybrána nejvýznamnější rizika společnosti BITUMAX a jsou pro ně doporučena opatření.
This bachelor thesis deals with the international business activities of the selected company and associated risks. The aim of this thesis is to identify the risks of the selected company operating in the international market and subsequently evaluate them. According to the results of the analysis recommend prevention for the risks which could be the biggest threat to the company. The theoretical part focuses on the risks associated with the involvement of the company in international trade. An essential part of the theoretical part is the risk analysis, which is applied in the practical part. The theoretical part is followed by the analytical part, where first of all the company BITUMAX is introduced and its import activity is described. Subsequently, the risk analysis of BITUMAX is performed in the thesis based on a qualified interview using the Delphi method. At the end of this thesis, the most significant risks of BITUMAX are selected and there is recomended prevention for them.
