| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá předpoklady efektivní komunikace ve škole. V teoretické části se věnuje verbální, neverbální a pedagogické komunikaci, asertivitě, řešení konfliktů a doporučením pro rozvoj komunikačních dovedností vedoucích k efektivní komunikaci. Praktická část je založena na monitorování interakce učitele se žáky v hodinách českého jazyka a občanské výchovy a interpretaci efektivity zaznamenané při výuce. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje také na pozorování neverbální komunikace učitelů českého jazyka a učitelů občanské výchovy, na hodnocení otevřenosti vyučování, prezentaci a procvičování učiva. Teoretická část i vlastní výzkum umožnily formulovat doporučení vedoucí k efektivitě. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This bachelor's thesis deals with assumptions of an effective communication at school. The theoretical part focuses on verbal, nonverbal and educational communication, assertiveness, dealing with conflicts and recommendations for the development of communication skills which lead to an effective communication. The practical part is based on an interaction between teachers and pupils during the lessons of the Czech language and civics and interpretation of efficiency on the lessons. Follow by observing nonverbal communication of teacher of the Czech language and civics, further evaluation of the openness of teaching and presentation and practice of a curriculum. The theoretical part and the research enabled to formulate recommendations which lead to an efficiency. | en |
