Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývala problematikou transformace sociálních služeb. Cílem předložené práce bylo teoreticky popsat problematiku procesu transformace sociálních služeb a zjistit, jaká jsou rizika tohoto procesu. Práce byla tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na problematiku deinstitucionalizace služeb a legislativní rámec transformace sociálních služeb. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí metody interview, realizované s 10 respondenty, rizika procesu transformace dle taxonomie rizik Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. Výstupem empirické části práce je analýza personálních rizik procesu transformace sociálních služeb v zařízení Jedličkův ústav, příspěvková organizace v Liberci. Součástí empirické části je také popisná analýza dokumentů transformace služeb v Jedličkově ústavu.
Diploma thesis was occupied by the theme of the Transformation od Social Services. Object of diploma thesis was theoretical description of the transformation theme and discover the risks of this process. Diploma thesis was created by theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part was occupied to the theme of deinstitucionalisation of services and to the legal frame of the transformation of social services. Empirical part investigated risks of the transformation process by the taxonomy of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Empirical part was realized with 10 respondents by the interview method. Outcome of empirical part is the personal risk analysis of the transformation process in the institution in the city of Liberec Jedličkův ústav, příspěvková organizace. Part of empirical part is descriptive document analysis of the transformation documents in Jedličkův ústav.
