dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with the issue of budgets of the transport construction. The main aim of this study is the descriptive description of the methodology of costing and subsequent assessment of budget of transport construction in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part of this study are the findings of scientific publications which are related to this issue. There is analyzed the issue of the budgets in the context of the current situation in the transport construction market, there is a comprehensive analysis of the methodology of the setting of budgets. The practical part includes the practical application of knowledge, which is describes in the theoretical part of this thesis. The aim of this is to establish the bill of quantity of the factual transport construction in the Czech Republic. From the issue of setting the unit price for concrete construction costs the study smoothly goes over to formation of the bill of quantity of the transport construction.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozpočtů dopravních staveb. Cílem této práce je deskriptivní popis metodiky tvorby rozpočtů a následné stanovení rozpočtu dopravní stavby v ČR. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracovány poznatky z odborných publikací vztahujících se k této problematice. Je zde analyzována problematika rozpočtů v kontextu se současnou situací na trhu dopravních staveb, dochází ke komplexnímu rozboru metodiky stanovení rozpočtů. Praktická část obsahuje praktickou aplikaci poznatků popsaných v teoretické části. Jejím cílem je sestavení rozpočtu konkrétního stavebního objektu v ČR. Od problematiky stanovení jednotkové ceny konkrétních stavebních nákladů studie plynule přechází k tvorbě rozpočtu dopravní stavby.	cs
