Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce ,,Vyhodnocení investičního záměru ve vybraném podniku'' je zhodnocení investičního záměru konkrétního podniku s vyslovením pro doporučení realizace investice či proti její realizaci prostřednictvím metod hodnocení investic. V této práci je také provedena finanční analýza společnosti, která slouží jako doporučení či nedoporučení k realizaci investice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů finanční analýzy a investic. Praktická část zachycuje finanční analýzu společnosti za použití běžných metod finanční analýzy a hodnocení investice od volby financování, vyčíslení nákladů, výnosů a peněžních toků až po samotné hodnocení investice. V závěrečné části bude vysloveno doporučení pro realizaci investice.
The diploma thesis ''Evaluation of the investment project in the selected company'' means evaluating the specific investment intention of the specific company by saying that the investment is for recommendation or against by its implementation through evaluation methods of investment. In this diploma is also carried out a financial analysis of the company that is used as a recommendation or non-recommendation to realize such an investment. The theoretical part is focused on how to define the basic concepts of financial analysis and investment. The practical part is describing the financial analysis of the company using its conventional techniques, and evaluation of investment from election of financing to overall investment. The final section will provide recommendation about the investment implementation.
