Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the non-profit organizations financing in the sphere of social services with focus on the Liberec region. The diploma thesis topic defines the sphere of social services. It also describes the principles of methods supporting the creation of an efficient social services system. The social services survey is presented as well. The system of the financing in the sphere of social services is mentioned in conditions before the imposition of the social sphere law transformation and after the modification of this law in 2007. The financial resources structure and the non-profit organizations financial management is described with their characterization. The aim of this diploma thesis consists in the charting of the environment and conditions for the non-profit organizations financing in the sphere of social services in the Liberec region. This goal evaluates the analytical part of the diploma thesis.
Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním nestátních neziskových organizací v souvislosti s financováním sociálních služeb se zaměřením na Liberecký kraj. V návaznosti na uvedené téma diplomová práce současně vymezuje oblast sociálních služeb a principy metod, které podporují tvorbu její efektivní sítě. Zároveň je uveden přehled poskytovatelů sociálních služeb v Libereckém kraji. Vzhledem k významné právní úpravě zákona o sociálních službách k roku 2007 je zmíněn systém financování sociálních služeb v podmínkách před a po legislativní změně. U financování nevládních neziskových organizací je zachycena skladba finančních zdrojů a finanční řízení. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování prostředí a podmínek pro financování nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti sociálních služeb v Libereckém kraji, čímž se zabývá analytická část diplomové práce.
