Abstract
Bakalářská práce "Okolnosti vstupu vybrané firmy na zahraniční trh" se věnuje problematice expanze firmy na zahraniční trh. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na teoretická východiska, kdy nejprve jsou popsány formy vstupu. Dále se věnuje teoretická část věnuje okolnostem vstupu, kde jsou představeny dva analytické nástroje, a to SWOT analýza a PEST analýza. V praktické části je nejprve charakterizována vybraná firma a je zde zmíněno také její současné působení na mezinárodních trzích. Dále je pro tuto firmu vyhotovena SWOT analýza. Následně jsou v této části analyzovány pomocí PEST analýzy dva zahraniční trhy. Dále je analýza těchto trhů vyhodnocena a je vybrán jeden trh a forma vstupu na něj. Nakonec je zformulováno doporučení pro vybranou firmu.
The bachelor thesis "Circumstances of the Entry of a Selected Company to a Foreign Market" deals with the issue of expansion of a firm into a foreign market. The thesis first focuses on the theoretical background, where first the forms of entry are described. Next, the theoretical part is devoted to the circumstances of entry, where two analytical tools are introduced, namely SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. In the practical part, the selected firm is first characterized and its current presence in international markets is also mentioned. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is performed for this firm. Subsequently, two foreign markets are analysed in this section using PEST analysis. Next, the analysis of these markets is evaluated and one market and the form of entry into it is selected. Finally, a recommendation for the selected firm is formulated.
