Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivů kooperace a kompetice na jedince i skupinu. Předmětem práce je nejen sestavení zásobníku her, zaměřených na kooperaci a kompetici, ale i komplexní příprava na aktivity na příměstském táboře, jejich realizace a vyhodnocení. Teoretická část charakterizuje základní vybrané pojmy spojené s letním příměstským táborem, vymezuje vývojové období mladšího školního věku, specifikuje práci se skupinou ve volném čase v práci volnočasového pedagoga a představuje oba hlavní pojmy této práce kooperaci a kompetici a jejich využití ve volnočasových programech. Praktická část představuje vybraný příměstský tábor a komplexní týdenní program, sestavený autorkou práce, popisuje zvolené aktivity a jejich modifikace do kooperativní a kompetitivní podoby a zahrnuje hodnocení těchto aktivit z pohledu dětí i instruktora.
The Bachelor thesis deals with the research of the effects of cooperation and competition on individuals and social group. The subject of the thesis is not only the construction of a stack of games focused on cooperation and competition, but also a comprehensive preparation for activities in the suburban camp, their realization and evaluation. The theoretical part characterizes basic selected concepts associated with the summer suburban camp, defines the development period of the primary-school age, specifies work with leisure time group in the work of the leisure time teacher and presents both the main concepts of this work - cooperation and competition - and their use in leisure time programs. The practical part presents the chosen day camp a complex weekly program written by the author of the work, shows selected activities and their modification into coopeative and competitive form and includes evaluation of these activities from the perspective of children and instructor.
