Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda pacienti trpící atopickým ekzémem vidí nevhodné oblečení jako jednu z hlavních příčin zhoršování projevů jejich zdravotního stavu, v čem vidí největší problémy při výběru vhodného oděvu a čím jsou ovlivňováni. V rešeršní části práce je popsána kůže, jednotlivé druhy kožních onemocnění a podrobně atopický ekzém. Je zde také rozepsána problematika výběru oděvu pro různé situace, vhodné materiály a údržba oděvu.V praktické části je na základě dotazníkového šetření zjišťováno v čem pacienti vidí největší problém při výběru oděvu, jak jsou spokojeni se současnou nabídkou vhodného oblečení na trhu a zda by měli zájem o otevření nové prodejny, která by se specializovala na prodej oděvů primárně pro lidi s atopickým ekzémem. Na závěr byla sepsána doporučení pro tuto prodejnu.
The aim of the bachelor s thesis is to determine, if patiens with atopic eczema sees unsuitable clothes as one of the main causes of the deterioration of their health condition speeches where he sees the biggest problems when choosing clothing and what they are influenced. The research part describes the skin, various kinds of skin diseases and atopic eczema in detail. There is also desribes issues with selection of clothes for various situations, suitable materials and maintenance of clothes. The practical part is based on the survey examined how patients see the greatest problem in choosing clothes, how satisfied they are with the current range of appropriate clothing on the market and whether they would be interested in opening a new shop, which specialized in the sale of clothing primarily for people with atopic eczema. In conclusion has been drawn up recommendation for this new shop.
