| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení velikosti dvou vybraných podniků a vývoje zdrojů jejich financování. Úvodní část práce obecně pojednává o typologii podniků z hlediska velikosti, finanční struktuře a vybraných částech finanční analýzy, kterými jsou zlatá bilanční pravidla a ukazatelé zadluženosti. V praktické části práce jsou představeny podniky Vetroporte s.r.o. a SIOPS spol. s r.o. Následuje zjištění jejich velikosti a aplikace vybraných částí finanční analýzy za účelem zhodnocení vývoje zdrojů jejich financování a zjištění jejich zadluženosti. Dále jsou shrnuty výsledky získané z aplikace zlatých bilanční pravidel a ukazatelů zadluženosti. Poslední částí je hodnocení současného postoje podniků k financování a nástin financování jejich rozvoje, kde jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení finanční situace podniků plynoucí z vybraných částí finanční analýzy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the size of two selected companies and the development of their funding resources. The introductory part discusses general information about typology of companies with regard to their size, financial structure and selected parts of financial analysis, which are golden balance rules and debt ratios. The practical part introduces two companies: Vetroporte s.r.o. and SIOPS spol. s r.o. It is followed by describing their sizes and applying chosen parts of the financial analysis in order to evaluate their financial sources and to find out about their debt ratios. Furthermore, there is a summary of the results obtained from the application of the golden balance rules and debt ratios. The last part contains the assessment of the current attitude to the companies funding and outlines their funding development. Finally, the thesis presents several suggestions for improvement of the companies funding based on the selected parts of the financial analysis. | en |
