dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce „Hodnocení implementace vybraného operačního programu 2007-13“ se zabývá problematikou regionálních operačních programů. Cílem práce je kritické zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektů na podporu regionálního rozvoje. První část práce shrnuje teoretická východiska, představuje regionální politiku Evropské unie a fungování strukturálních fondů v České republice. Analytická část práce se zabývá hodnocením vybraných regionálních operačních programů, ROP Severovýchod a ROP Střední Morava. Porovnává vybrané soubory projektů realizovaných v rámci prioritních os Cestovní ruch a to prostřednictvím finanční alokace pro projekt v přepočtu na jednotku cílové skupiny. Výsledky jsou v závěru práce porovnány a zhodnoceny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of regional operational programs. The goal of the thesis is a critical evaluation of the economic effectiveness of projects, which support regional development. The first part summarizes the theoretical background and introduces the regional policy of the European Union and the operation of the structural funds in the Czech Republic. The analytical part deals with the evaluation of selected regional operational programs, ROP Northeast and ROP Middle Moravia. It also compares the selected files of projects implemented within the priority axes Tourism through the financial allocation for the project per unit of target group. The results are compared at the end of the thesis and they are evaluated.	en
