Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tradičním barevným vzorováním tkanin netradičně zpracovaných technikou ručního tkaní na rámu, přičemž hlavní důraz je zaměřen na vzor kohoutí stopa. Práce zkoumá historický kontext tohoto vzoru a jeho místo v současném textilním designu, představí postupy ručního tkaní na rámu s důrazem na zvolené barvy a materiály. Praktická část se věnuje vlastnímu ručnímu zpracování vzorků s využitím této techniky.
This bachelor's thesis explores traditional woven fabric colour patterning through the unconventional method of hand weaving on a frame loom, with a primary focus on the houndstooth pattern. It examines the historical background of this pattern and its significance in contemporary textile design. The theoretical part outlines the principles of hand weaving, material selection, and colour usage. The practical part is dedicated to the experimental creation of woven samples using this technique.
